Had fun learning about ITIL 4. I believe this is a very through course. I enjoyed the videos and reading material. It was straight to the point and gave good advice for the ITIL 4 exam.

It's really greate course delivering fundamental knowledge on service value system and four diension model of ITIL.

Excellent pdfs, and the explanation is very clear. A little more enthusiastic the speaker would be great.

The course is well summarised, one can easily revist the video and text, very good for busy staff.

Learnt a lot from the course and will review the framework before scheduling the exam.
