Humanitarian expert with 15 years of experience in advising, developing, coordinating, and implementing Water & Habitat programs and projects in armed conflicts and fragile states. 

Since 2012, representation of the Water & Habitat Unit at headquarters' structures providing managerial and strategic guidance on ICRC operations in specific regions. Management of Near and Middle East region's Water and Habitat programs' portfolio. Advising on institutional positioning and developing strategies to respond to issues related to maintaining urban essential services during protracted armed conflicts.
