Most of which fail because the teams knows that little
to no action will be taken on the ideas.
The good new is that because this is your own business you can't afford to be
cynical about this process.
Now's the time for you to get all that pen up concept and ideas out on paper.
The key is to work fast and get it all out.
Even fractions of ideas.
Anything that could possibly serve as a solution or
component of a solution needs to be put on the table during this exercise.
It's important at this phase to really free yourself and
get it all out so you can begin the search for synergies between concepts and

The more creative the input now, the more innovative the output later.
You're goldering this exercise as to come up with 100 ideas.
What's funny about this number is that people react in one of two ways.
Ether it seems very doable or it seems impossible.
I can assure you that it's both.
My advice to you during this exercise is to work with your team, so
that only one person records then only one person gets to speak at a time.
This will allow for greater organization of your concepts.
I would also suggest giving yourself a time limit of 30 to 45 minutes.
Remember that concept of creative constraint?
It's a powerful tool so it's time to use it.
Lastly, once you get stuck, which is usually around 30 or so ideas,
look back at your list and try to add to what you've already developed so far.
With these tips in mind, it's time for you to get started.
Let's jump into this brain storming exercise.
