Hi, everybody. I'm here with Nadia. We're on the beautiful University of Illinois quadrangle. We have the Foellinger Auditorium, behind us the biggest classroom building on campus. We're here in the quad to meet some of our digital natives, talk to our students, and find out what they know about marketing in a digital world. Let's do this. So the first question is, Patrick, what is customer co-creation? Do you have any idea what it is? No, not really Absolutely not. No. No. I mean I could guess, for the day, it would be working with your customers to create something together. What he said. Okay. A great example of customer co-creation is Lego, which has a website called mylegoideas.com. Have you heard of it? Yes. No. Obviously, Legos, but-. I haven't. No. No. Okay. They assume what it is from mylegoideas.com, but I've never heard of it before. Again, I've heard of Legos, but not the website. What idea would you give Legos? Idea? I really don't have no idea, but I say keep doing what they are doing. They're very successful in it and it's very entertaining. I would tone to focus more on the female side of Legos because a lot of it is more superheroes and stuff like that, construction, too. Like [inaudible] or something like that can show other people how Chinese culture going and what it used to look like. Have you guys ever heard of the term the sharing economy? No. No? Okay. Yeah. I think I've heard of it, but I can't think of what it means right now. That's okay. I'm not sure of the direct definition, but I think the sharing economy is something with trading and sharing different aspects of the economy to different people. Have you ever driven for Uber or Lyft? No. No? I mean, I've been in it but I've never been a driver. I haven't driven it. Yeah. I've used Lyft and Uber. I've never driven it. I took Uber this morning. Been a rider, not a driver.
