All right. So let's view the activity dashboard in Google Sheets. Maybe you want to see who peeked at your spreadsheet last. Maybe you're interested in seeing the most recent edits. The activity dashboard is the place to be the latest comment, sharing, and viewing activity for everyone who's assigned to your spreadsheet. Another way to view activity history would be via the activity dashboard above in the header. Here, we can see the viewers, viewer trends, common trends, sharing history, and privacy settings. We can see who we shared the document with and all viewers. So let's go ahead and navigate through the activity dashboard and I'll show some things off for you. So select activity history up here. See, we can take a closer look at any of these: viewers, comment trend, sharing history, privacy settings, you can see you who share on the sheet, and here is actually where you can see all the viewers on the sheet. So open all changes saved in drive on the header and explore version history. You'll be able to see who's been editing the document as well as the time and date they access the sheet. So you can actually set notifications on your spreadsheet to find out when other people have changed your spreadsheets and to see what they've modified. This is a good way to keep track of things. You won't get notifications when you make changes on your own spreadsheet, but you'll get notifications when others make changes. Let me show you what that looks like. Here, we can customize how we want to send or view notifications from our spreadsheet. See, we can choose when and how often notifications are sent when someone makes a change or submits a form. You can also choose how frequently you want to receive notifications, you'd have a daily digest e-mail, or you can be e-mailed right away. Next step, the test.
