[MUSIC] You have now submitted your first draft presenting the opportunity and how you plan to capitalize on that opportunity. These first plans should now be carefully reviewed and therefore, two rounds of reviews and two weeks are dedicated for you to improve this first draft. Depending on feedback given and what you yourself find we cannot verified, what you will focus on may differ quite a lot from your peers. Usually, the customer engagement is an area that needs a lot of attention. Not just to have made some interviews, but to really put yourself into their shoes and cleverly analyze responses. Remember the [INAUDIBLE] 5 Whys, the iterative, interrogative technique used to explore the cause and effect? Don't settle with the first answer. Dig deeper, ask why, why, why, until you get to the core behind their behavior and perspectives. Use these two additional weeks wisely. This is where you can improve the quality, your argumentation and overall value of output significantly. Also see to it that give us explicit and constructive feedback as possible to increase the chances that the writer understand. And are able to adjust and improve based on the feedback given by you. Also, please share links or examples when applicable. When reviewing, you may get the same report to review twice. However, this may most probably not be the case. Therefore, please assume that those reviewing your work see it for the first time and don't know what feedback you have already been given. Sometimes, views on your work is a matter of taste. And two reviewers may have totally opposite views on a specific matter. This happens and is quite natural. In such a case, you decide which one to trust more. This week, I don't have any explicit recommendations regarding what to view out of the videos in the different courses. Your needs depend on what you prioritize to work on. And do, of course, not limit yourself to the course material. But use whatever external material and advice that makes sense. When using external material and sources, then see to it that you state references detailed enough so they can be found easily. In general, referring to trusted sources, The Economist, the World Bank, etc., etc., will most probably improve the value and quality of your work. This video covers this, as well as next week. This is, as you will continue also next week with refining your report, as well as reviewing others. The next video kicking off the last week will discuss your final delivery. See you then.
