This course has the power enough to change the course of your life. It can be a journey from misery to well being, if you follow the instructions given in this program. A must must must attend course.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course. I have measured my level of happiness and I was practising different rewirement tasks each week. This helped me to build new healthy habits I could incorporate in my daily routine. It was a very active and engaging 10 weeks and I recommend it to anyone, who is looking to do some well-being activities in their lives.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learnt some practical and valuable lessons. I kept putting off the assignment as I thought it was going to be a massive task, the assumption I made from the way it was worded throughout the time I was doing the course. In actual fact it was more of a reflection exercise and far less daunting than I had anticipated.

I love the way the course is built on scientific research and evidence. I have a STEM education so it is important to understand how things work the way they do and the lecturer does a great job showing, explaining and reviewing the course contents throughout the course. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot with it. Thank you for making this happen.

Transformative and powerful! This may be the best way to ease into change ever. I've also now become a listener to Dr. Santos' podcast too! Check it out- the "A New Hope" episode proved to be so helpful for improving my exercise habits.

Very well done that has scientific data to support what we have proclivities toward that is not helpful for happiness, as well as what we should recognize and practice to attain higher levels of happiness. A wonderful, practical, and data-driven course with a great and easygoing instructor, on a user-friendly learning management system. Five Stars!

A course well worth your time. I really enjoyed that this course works to have you put your learnings into action while you are in the class. You are learning from leacture and doing experiements on yourself as you go along! Loved this course and I'm so happy that my friend recommended it to me! I have learnt many valuable lessons about what I THINK makes me happy vs. what ACTUALLY makes me feel fulfilled and contented. This is one of those great courses that has a mix of all the good stuff. Great content, excellent resource person, fun activities. I have picked up great life-long habits like gratitude and meditating. This is a must-visit course for individuals who are deeply passionate about having a happier life but also keen on putting in the work for that life.

Exceptional course.

Before this course I was chasing my dog tail, and trying to do too many things. This lead to chronic sleep deficiency and associated all health problems. Thanks to Professor Santos course, I re-organized my self and now so much happier. Great course and excellent and engaging delivery of content. I will recommend this to everyone.

I am an engineer and I have always been a bit biased towards non-math sciences. I started the course with a prejudice in my mind and I struggled at the beginning. But after some weeks, things found their places and I really enjoyed the course. I applied what I learnt from the course into my daily life and I can say that it improved my life quality.

Fantastic Course! Great sharing to empower others!

The only part I was not on the same page as is your view regarding social media. I believe we need to not resist it by having acceptance of it, then practice healthy engagement with it and teach our children how to have healthy management of it.

This is a fascinating class, really enjoyed the experience. Learning so much about how our minds work, mis wanting, Gi Joe Fallacy, Signature Strengths, Flow, Growth Mindset.... there is so much more . Dr Santos is an outstanding instructor, the class had so much flow for me, I was really caught up in it. Highly recommend taking this course.

Professor Santos is FANTASTIC! I have taken several online classes and Ms. Santos is captivating and extremely knowledgeable on the subject of well-being. Such a great way to bring a positive practice into habit and learn the science about why this works to increase happiness and reduce the serious stress we all experience in day-to-day life. Completing this course during the COVID 19 pandemic really helped me keep a positive outlook on life and keep up with social connections, even from a distance.

I really needed some sort of a "Reset" in my life, especially during a global pandemic. It was great to learn how our minds can either hinder or help us achieve happiness. This course has been an eye opener, particularly when our lives have become caged within the walls of uncertainty and anxiety generated by Covid. The teachings on gratitude, meditation, savouring and living in the moment have definitely made the last 6 months easier to live through and I hope to incorporate these practices into my everyday life!!
