This course has the power enough to change the course of your life. It can be a journey from misery to well being, if you follow the instructions given in this program. A must must must attend course.

This was a wonderful 10-week program. Thank you so much for designing a learning experience that allows plenty of interaction throughout the program. I agree that this information should be shared and taught to school-aged children as well. Thank you for also adding so many resources to deepen our understanding. I highly recommend this course!

This course was so enjoyable especially since I started it at the beginning of COVID lockdown in March 2020. The pacing was reasonable... the video content and resources were interesting. Learning about my character strengths and how to add activities that enhance them increased my well-being awareness. Thanks so much for teaching this course!

I found this course very interesting and useful. The instructor was incredibly relatable and I thought very often about how well spoken she was. The course offered information that could actually be applied to normal daily life. I am so pleased I took this course. I feel proud and enlightened about new ways to think and strategies to practice.

Clarity regarding ways to achieve happiness in life. A lot of insights about well being which is indispensable .Examples and discussion with eminent personalities are eye openings.Lastly Practising the technique of " WOOP" by Gabrielle Oettingen is a good exercise that we can do in our daily life make ourself worthy and also to others.

This was an amazing experience, the course taught me new ways to be more happy and grateful in my life. Simple things I could do to be productive and more social. I really enjoyed this course, which I took because I really enjoying listening to Professor Santos' podcast, The Happiness Lab. She presented information you can use/apply in your daily life. I think "rewirement" is a perfect description for applications of the really useful "well-being" initiatives. I've recommended this course to others.

I took this course at the start of our Stay Home order due to the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to distract and better myself. What a rewarding experience this has been. As my first online class, I was thoroughly impressed with the content material and the teaching style of Professor Laurie Santos. This was the best 10-week investment I've made.

This course provided a little focus and self reflection during the stay at home orders. I found myself exploring my own beliefs about happiness and truly feel I have a stronger foundation and some real work to do to continue this journey. I highly recommend others take the course to explore their own thoughts about happiness and well-being.

This is totally accessible for all academic levels and skill sets. Laurie introduces basic cognitive strategies to overcome our mental biases that inhibit our success, namely the ability to stick at positive habits that will bring us happiness.

This course has a great mixture of academic content and practical tools that everyone can work with.

This course was really useful for me. I have gained so much insight into my own well being that I can pass it on to others. Being an educator, I think , I can use the concepts of nudging, savoring and WOOP with my students. In schools, we concentrate on imparting knowledge to our kids, but we don't teach them to be happy. Thanks Prof. Santos.

Aside from being a Yale course, this is very practical at this time of the pandemic when my mental health had suffered even when I couldn't find the stressor. It is interesting to note that there is a science behing happiness and achieving real happiness is not that hard. I am particularly interested with all the research studies mentioned.

Fantastic way to improve how you look at the "small" things in life, that actually makes you happy. I think everyone should attend this course. Thank you for the Professor too, she is just as cool as I remember all my Profs from the time I studied Psychology. What is it about Psychologyst?:)Really recommend it. Grateful to have taken this course during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was full of research based information that supported activities to help with well-being. My favorite part was meeting via Zoom with a group we created of family members ages 28 to 78 who took the course with me. We discussed our rewirement activities and the weekly content.

This is a wonderful course that will show you life skills for adopting healthy habits as well as the scientific reasoning behind them. I found the lectures and assignments very engaging and unlike some courses where it is hard to make the time to sign in and complete work, I actually looked forward to spending time on the course each week.

I think this is a course all should take to really understand what does it mean to be very happy, really happy, to know the real happiness. It's a b2/c1 level in my opinion, while during this in fact I've made a certification that I passed. If you want to know something about how boost your happiness, well this is the right place. Really helped with my mental well being. Helped me reevaluate my priorities and helped me refocus my goals. I learned how to ween myself off social media and using it as a tool for giving my life value. Really great course for learning your strengths, putting them into practice, and rewiring your mind to incorporate these into our lives.

I would recommend this class for everyone. It really helps to focus on what's important. I started becoming more social by talking to strangers and reconnecting with friends. It's really helped me to feel more powerful which was a great side effect to working on happiness. Meditating every day has allowed me to be more patient and calm.
