Great introduction to the IT world. This is a easy to understand course that will give anyone a basic overview of what the IT world has to offer.

I thought this technical support fundamentals course was awesome, I got refreshed again about several IT concepts and it was very understandable.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course. The video instructions, practice labs, forums were involving and enjoyable. Can't wait to complete all courses!!

A fun start. I was able to fill a lot of gaps in my knowledge of the subject. Took a lot less time that I thought it would. On to the next class!
