I enjoyed the course very much! In the time that has passed since I took the course I can see how it changed my responses to external events that would have unsettled me before. Now I have learned to temper my responses to negative external stimulus and attenuate my reactions.

While heavy in academic approach, I learned Mindfulness, Calm, Insight Meditation in Less Vehicle.

I look forward to learning in future course, Greater Vehicle, Big Seal, and Big Perfection.

An amazingly rich, diverse course, offering science, practical meditation labs and academics. Would take this course again and highly recommend it to anyone interested in the tenets of Tibetan Buddhism.

I like the scientific research on the meditation the most :)
